Can I upgrade and downgrade?

Yes — you can switch between Connie plans at any time. Upgrades are instant, while downgrades happen at the end of your billing period

1. Go to Plan & Billing
Open Plan & Billing and select the plan you’d like to move to.

2. Review the summary
Connie will show you:

  • When the change will take effect

  • How the billing will be updated

  • Any changes to your price and features

3. Understand upgrade vs downgrade

  • Upgrades happen instantly — you can start using new features right away.

  • Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.

💡 A note on downgrading: When downgrading, you’ll lose access to features from the higher plan, and your usage allowance will adjust to fit the new plan. If you’re above the limits, Connie will automatically de-activate some projects, templates, or features — but never delete them.
