Only the account owner can access the Plan & Billing section, where you can view and change your plan at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Enter your account settings by clicking on Settings in the left menu, then selecting the Plan & Billing tab at the top.

Sleep Mode is perfect for project-based work with quieter periods. When activated, you pay just 10% of your plan price (90% discount). Your account, team, documents, and settings all stay intact, but you won't be able to create or manage documents while in Sleep Mode. You can still store and access all your documents and view signer details.

Scroll to the bottom of the Plan & Billing page and select Sleep Mode.
