Who can manage account settings?

If your Connie account includes several team members, only the team owner has full access to all account settings (like Plan & Billing). However, other team members can also manage certain settings, depending on their permissions. The permissions can be changed and adapted for each team member. Learn more about permissions here.

Manage account settings

Here’s what you can adjust:

General

Workspace Name

This is the official name displayed across your Connie account (workspace). It’s also used in emails sent to signers and invitations for new team members. You can use your company’s name or an alternative name.

Contract Backup

Want a copy of every signed document or contract sent to a specific email? Enter that email here to create a backup of all signed documents issued through this account.

Template Visibility

Decide whether you want access to Connie’s shared templates for documents and contracts. If you prefer not to see them, simply check the box to hide them for you and your entire team.

Our Team

Here, you can:

Connie is built for collaboration! All plans include unlimited users, so you can invite as many colleagues, team members, or collaborators as you need — without extra costs.

Company

In this section, you can:

  • Edit your company details.

  • Add additional legal entities or companies to your account (only available on the Professional Plan or with add-on).

To edit the information of your company, simply click on the three little dots and start editing. Here's what you can edit:

  • Company name

  • Company address including zip code, city, and country

  • General company email

  • General company phone

  • VAT number

  • Company logo

  • Link to company website

  • Link to the company's privacy policy

  • Team members who are connected to this company (only relevant for users with multiple legal entities)

Why add this information?

By entering your company information Connie can help you automate things even more, as these things can will be pulled dynamically in as you issue contracts. So no need to re-enter your company address every time you issue a document, no more finding the right link to your Privacy Policy etc.

Email Templates

Connie sends automated emails when you issue documents and contracts. You can edit and personalize these templates to fit your needs.

Connie can send the following automated mails:

  • Sign request - This email is sent to the signer when a new individual contract is issued. It can also be manually adjusted when issuing the document.

  • Reminder to sign - This automatic reminder will be sent every two days to signers that have a contract awaiting their signature. Up to 5 reminders will be sent.

  • Sign request rejected - This email is sent to the issuer and other signers when a contract is rejected by a signer.

  • Document signed - When all parties have signed a contract, this email is sent to all signers.

Plan & Billing

This section is only visible to the team owner. Here, you can:

  • View billing details (invoices, payment history).

  • Manage your current plan (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel).

  • Change your payment method.

One-Time Purchases

You can also buy:

  • Extra signatures (100, 500, or 1,000 additional signatures).

  • SignTags with Lanyard – Use them with a SignPage to collect signatures on the go.

  • Additional legal entities – Add more companies to your plan without upgrading to the Professional Plan.

My Profile

In this section, you can update your profile picture, name, and phone number and manage your notification preferences. The notifications are being send out by mail. Here you can find some more details about the notification management.
