Here's how you can transfer account ownership in Connie.
1. Log in to your Connie account
Make sure youโre signed in as the current Account Owner.
2. Go to Team Overview
Youโll find this under Settings โ Our Team.
3. Open user options
Click the three dots next to the team member you want to transfer ownership to.
4. Select Make Account Owner
Choose this option from the dropdown menu.
5. Confirm the transfer
A modal window will appear โ click confirm.
Once confirmed, account ownership is instantly transferred to the selected team member. Both you and the new Account Owner will receive a confirmation email. ๐
๐ก Tip: Only the current Account Owner can perform this action, and the change takes effect immediately.
