Changing Account Owner

Learn how to transfer account ownership in Connie. Only the current Account Owner can perform this action.

The account owner is clearly marked in your team overview. To find it, head to Settings and select Our Team. If you need to transfer ownership, just keep in mind that only the current account owner can make this change.

How to change the account ownership

1. Log in to your Connie account

Make sure youโ€™re signed in as the current Team Owner.

2. Go to the team overview

You'll find this by clicking on Settings in the left menu, then selecting the Our Team tab at the top.

3. Open user options

Click the three dots next to the team member you want to transfer ownership to.

4. Select make Account Owner

Choose this option from the dropdown menu.

5. Confirm the transfer

A modal window will appear โ€” click confirm.

Once confirmed, account ownership is instantly transferred to the selected team member. Both you and the new Account Owner will receive a confirmation email.

๐Ÿ’ก Keep in mind: Only the current Account Owner can perform this action, and the change takes effect immediately.
