Before you cancel, consider Sleep Mode
Did you know you can pause your account instead of cancelling? Sleep Mode lets you keep everything stored securely at just 10% of your plan price and you can reactivate anytime.
Account owners can activate Sleep Mode at the bottom of the Plan & Billing page.
How to cancel

Fill in the cancellation form here: Cancel my account.
Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Please be aware that cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account and all its content will be deleted once the cancellation takes effect and cannot be recovered or reopened.
