Who can use Custom Branding?
To use Custom Branding, you must:
Be on a Professional or Enterprise plan
Be the Account Owner
How to access Custom Branding
You can find Custom Branding directly in the app:
Go to Settings
Select the Custom Branding tab
That’s it – you’re ready to start customising
What you can customise today
With Custom Branding, you can:
Upload and set your logo avatar
Upload and set your main logo
Choose a key brand colour
Set a spoken brand name (used in emails and messages)
Upload a login page image or graphic (requires Custom Domains)
What’s coming soon
We’re actively expanding Custom Branding. Upcoming options include:
Choosing gradient colours used in projects
Disabling Connie’s support widget
Disabling links to Connies Help Center and Learn More links
Ability to hide Connie branding in emails and PDF's as well
Selecting between email sending domains
Where your branding appears
Once enabled, your branding will be visible:
Throughout the Connie admin interface
On every Document and SignPage you send and share
This helps create a more consistent and professional experience for everyone you work with.
What can’t be customised (and why)
Some elements are intentionally fixed to ensure reliability, security, and usability:
Fonts and font sizes
We’ve carefully designed Connie to work across devices, screen sizes, and accessibility needs. To keep forms readable and signatures reliable, fonts and sizes can’t be changed.
Signature certificates
All signed documents are sealed with Connie’s digital signature certificate. If someone inspects the PDF certificate, Connie’s name will appear there.

System notifications are currently sent from [email protected]
