Custom Domains

Custom Domains let you run Connie on your own domains – creating a more trusted, branded experience for your team and everyone who signs your documents.

What are Custom Domains?

By default, Connie runs on our own domains. With Custom Domains, you can replace these with subdomains you own – so Connie feels fully integrated with your brand.

To do this, three domains need to be set up.

1. The App domain

This is where you and your team work in Connie – creating, managing, and issuing documents.

  • Default domain:
    https://app.getconnie.com

  • Examples with Custom Domains:
    https://app.yourdomain.com
    https://contracts.yourdomain.com

This is the main working environment for your organisation.

2. SignPages domain

This is where recipients go to view and sign documents, and where any public SignPages you create are hosted.

  • Default domain:
    https://sign.page

  • Examples with Custom Domains:
    https://sign.yourdomain.com

Using your own domain here increases trust and recognition for signers.

3. Login pages (branding unlock)

Once Custom Domains are set up, you unlock additional Custom Branding options:

  • Upload images or graphics for login pages

  • Create a fully branded entry point to Connie

  • Keep the entire signing and login experience on your domain

This works hand-in-hand with the Custom Branding feature.

Why use Custom Domains?

Custom Domains help you:

  • Strengthen brand consistency

  • Increase trust with signers

  • Create a more professional, white-label experience

  • Extend your branding beyond the app itself
