Who Can Manage Student Accounts?

To manage a student account, you must be a team member with your school or university’s account. Click here to learn how to get access to an admin account at your institution. We recommend granting admin access only to teachers, course leaders, or administrative staff with a relevant interest. Admins can view student accounts, share templates with students, delete or disconnect student accounts, and manage the general settings for the school account.

How-To Manage Student Accounts?

Access "Student Accounts" on the left toolbar. Now you have the ability to switch between different tabs on the top of your screen. Under "Student Dashboard" you'll find a quick snapshot of your students’ progress: the number of accounts, contracts issued, and contracts signed. You’ll also find the invite link for students to sign up for Connie and see the latest student accounts created. Plus, it shows which templates have been shared with your students — and you can manage these by adding more templates, un-sharing old ones, or controlling whether students can edit what’s been shared. Student Accounts:

The “Student Accounts” tab gives you a centralized view of all student accounts. You can easily search for specific accounts, view details, disconnect accounts from your institution, or delete them as needed. It's your go-to spot for managing student accounts with ease!

Settings:

The “Settings” tab is where you can fine-tune everything for your institution’s Connie account. From here, you can limit which domains can register through your invitation link, add a back-up email to receive copies of all contracts, and set a contact person for students to reach out to with any questions about Connie. Plus, you can customize the terms of use that students must agree to when signing up for their Connie accounts. This makes managing your institution’s account easy, secure, and tailored to your exact needs.
