This article is a guide for all teachers, professors, and educators using Connie together with their students.
As a teacher on the Connie for Education programme, you can download your students' project documents to get an overview of the contracts and agreements they have managed. This is useful during the grading process, as it lets you assess how students are handling their documents and project compliance. Downloads are provided as a zip file containing all project-related contracts in PDF format.
Step-by-step guide
1. Click Student Accounts in the left-hand menu, then click the Students tab at the top.
Here you will see an overview of all your students.
2. Use the search bar to find the student whose documents you want to download.
3. Click Go to account.
You are now inside the student's account. A notice at the top of the screen confirms that you are viewing a student account.
4. Click Projects in the left-hand menu and open the Project you need documents from.
You will see an overview of all signatures submitted for that Project.
5. Click the Documents tab in the menu bar at the top.
You will see all documents within this Project.
6. (Optional) Filter the documents using the filter in the top right corner.
You can narrow things down by template type, SignPage, or issue date. Skip this step if you already know which document you need.
7. Click Export in the top right corner.
Your zip file containing all project-related contracts in PDF format will be ready to save.
Good to know
You can also open an individual document directly if you only need one specific contract rather than a full export.
The notice at the top of the screen is a reminder that you are inside a student account. Click out of it when you are done to return to your own account.
