Updated over a week ago

If you already have signed documents or contracts, or maybe you simply have a document you want to store with the project, then you can upload and store it Connie. This way, all your paperwork is kept in one place โ€” safe, secure, and easy to access.

Here is how

1. Select the project

Choose and enter the project where you want to upload your documents.

2. Click on Document

Youโ€™ll find this button in the top right corner. Click on it to upload a new document.

3. Choose Upload & Store

Select this option to add an existing file.

4. Upload your files

You can either browse and upload or drag and drop them into the window.
Supported formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP

5. Add document information

Add the signer's name to keep your documents organised.

6. Set an expiration date (optional)

This is optional but helpful. Connie will remind you before a document, contract, or consent form expires, so you have time to renew or archive it.

7. Click Save

Your document is now uploaded and securely stored on our Danish servers.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: You can't send uploaded document for signature with Connie.
