This applies to individual documents being send for signature and not to SignPages.
1. Double-check the email address
A common issue is a simple typo or misspelling. As long as no one has signed the document yet, you can click edit the contract and update the signer’s email address.
To edit a document, open your project and click Documents in the top tab bar. Find the document you want to edit and click the three dots next to it.
2. Ask them to check their spam folder
Even though we work hard on email deliverability, sometimes sign requests end up in spam or promotions folders.
3. Send the sign link directly
Open the document in Connie and click Copy Sign Link. You can then send it directly to the signer from your own email or even as a text message.
⚠️ Important note: Sign Links are unique deep links intended only for the signer. Do not share a Sign Link with anyone other than the signer, as they would be able to access the document directly.
