What is a SignPage?

SignPages are one of Connie’s unique features — a lifesaver when you need to collect a lot of signatures quickly and easily.

Instead of issuing a document to one person at a time, a SignPage lets you share a single public URL where anyone you invite can view and sign your agreement.

Why Use a SignPage?

Mass-signature collection made easy
Perfect for standard agreements like:

  • Photo and video consents

  • Model releases

  • NDAs

  • Timesheets

  • Crew Particulars

  • And more!

Save time by avoiding manual, one-by-one document sending
Flexible sharing via URL, email, text message, QR code, or physical SignTags

How It Works

  • Choose a template (your own, or one of Connie’s ready-to-go templates)

  • Or create a SignPage from scratch with your own agreement text

  • Publish the SignPage to generate a unique public link and QR code

  • Share it however you like — via email, SMS, printed QR code, or connected SignTag

When someone accesses your SignPage, they can quickly review the agreement and sign it directly from their device.

Bonus: Connect a SignTag!

For even more flexibility, you can link our physical SignTags (a pre-printed badge with a lanyard) to your SignPage.

  • Wear it around your neck

  • Attach it to your gear

  • Place it at event tables or entrances

Perfect for on-the-go signature collection in photography, filming, fieldwork, and events!

How to Share a SignPage

  • Share the SignPage URL directly

  • Use the QR code generated in the Connie app (or print it!)

  • Use a physical SignTag connected to your SignPage

However you share it, SignPages make it easier than ever to stay organized and compliant.
