We act only as your data processor, managing and securing the data on your behalf in line with our Data Processing Agreement and GDPR requirements. We never use or share your confidential data except as needed to operate and improve the service. Connie only acts as a data controller in limited cases related to our own business operations (for example, support inquiries or billing).

All your data is hosted on Danish data centers, with no third country transfers.
