How to hide templates

You can hide templates you don't need to keep your template list clean.

Updated today

The list of templates can get a bit overwhelming. The good news is you can easily hide templates you don’t need, while still keeping them available in the background.

How you do it depends on your role:

If you’re the account owner

As the account owner you have the permissions to hide Connie templates and other templates you and your team have created.

Hide all Connie templates

If you’d like to hide all templates shared by Connie for you and your team, you can do so in three easy steps.

1. Go to Settings

2. Scroll down to General settings

3. Tick the option to hide templates shared from Connie

That's it! Your template list will instantly feel a lot more manageable.

Hide a few specific templates

If you’d like to hide specific templates shared by Connie, or individual templates created by you and your team, you can do so easily.

1. Go to Templates in the left-hand menu

2. Find the template you want to hide

3. Click the three dots (⋯)

4. Select Unpublish

If you’re not the account owner

No worries! You can still tidy things up, as long as you have permission. If you don’t see the option to hide templates, your account owner can enable it for you. Then you can hide templates individually, one at a time. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Go to Templates in the left-hand menu

2. Choose the template you want to hide

3. Click the three dots (⋯)

4. Select Unpublish
