The list of templates can get a bit overwhelming. The good news is you can easily hide templates you don’t need. As the account owner you have the permissions to hide Connie templates and other templates you and your team have created. And in case you're not the account owner scroll down to find some tips on how also you can hide the templates.
Hide all Connie templates
As account owner, you can hide all templates shared by Connie for everyone on your account.
Step-by-step guide
1. Enter the Settings
Enter your account settings by clicking on Settings in the left menu
2. Scroll down in the General settings.
Scroll to the section on Template Visibility.
3. Tick the option to Hide templates shared from Connie.
Your template list will update immediately.
Hide specific templates
To hide individual templates – whether shared by Connie or created by you or your team – follow these steps.
1. Click Templates in the left-hand menu.
This is your overview of all your templates.
2. Find the template you want to hide.
Scroll down to find the template you would like to hide.
3. Click the three dots next to the template.
Click "Unpublish". The template is now hidden from your account.
Tips & tricks
If you are not the account owner, you can still hide templates individually as long as you have the right permissions. If the option is not visible, ask your account owner to enable it for you.
