How to create a Project Folder

Get organised in under a minute — here's how to set up your first Project Folder.

Project Folders are the top-level way to organise your work in Connie. Think Film Productions, HR, Fundraising, or whatever makes sense for you. Each folder can hold as many Projects as you need.

Create a Project Folder in 4 steps

1. Go to Projects

Click Projects in the left-hand menu. You'll see an overview of all your existing Project Folders and the Projects inside them.

2. Create a new Project Folder

Click the + Project Folder button in the upper right corner.

3. Add a name and description

Give your folder a clear name and an optional description, something that makes it easy to identify at a glance.

4. Click Save

That's it! Your new Project Folder is ready to go.


Good to know

You can also create a new Project Folder while setting up a new project. So, if you realise during the setup process that you need a new project category, you can simply create one at that point, it’s not too late.
