Project Folders are the top-level way to organise your work in Connie. Think Film Productions, HR, Fundraising, or whatever makes sense for you. Each folder can hold as many Projects as you need.
Be aware: Project folders are visible to everyone in your team, even if there are no projects in them (that they have access to).
Create a Project Folder in 4 steps
1. Go to Projects
Click Projects in the left-hand menu. You'll see an overview of all your existing Project Folders and the Projects inside them.
2. Create a new Project Folder
Click the + Project Folder button in the upper right corner.
3. Add a name and description
Give your folder a clear name and an optional description, something that makes it easy to identify at a glance.
4. Click Save
That's it! Your new Project Folder is ready to go.
Good to know
You can also create a new Project Folder while setting up a new project. So, if you realise during the setup process that you need a new project category, you can simply create one at that point, itโs not too late.
