The Purpose of Downloading Students' Documents

Downloading your students' documents on Connie helps you review contracts and agreements related to their projects, which can be important for the grading process. The download will be provided as a zip file containing all the project-related contracts in PDF format. This allows you to easily assess how well students manage their contracts, agreements, and overall project compliance, ensuring fair and accurate evaluation.

How-to Download Your Students Documents

To download a student's project-related documents, start by going to the "Student Accounts" tab on the left side. Then, click "Student Accounts" again on the top tab bar to view an overview of all student accounts. Use the search bar in the top-right corner to find the student whose documents you want to download. Once you’ve found them, click the three dots next to the student's name and select "View Account".

You’ll now be on the student’s account page, which is noted in the disclaimer at the top of your screen. To access the student's projects, click on the "Project" tab in the left toolbar. Choose the project you need documents for and click on it. This will show you an overview of all signatures submitted for that project.

You can filter the signatures by contract or issue date, or you can search for a specific signer by their name or contract number. After selecting the relevant documents, click the download icon in the top-right corner to export the data. The download will be a zip file containing all the project-related contracts in PDF format.
