Adding Team Members and External Collaborators

Inviting a team member, freelancer and collaborator to Connie is easy. Here's how.

Inviting a Team Member

To add a team member, simply go to Settings->Team and click on "Invite Team Member".

Enter their name and email, and choose what Projects they should have access to, and what Companies they can sign on behalf of. Lastly, make sure to set Permissions for this user

Click "Save" and an email invite will automatically be sent to the person.

πŸŽ‰ Did you know: You can add as many team members as you like, regardless of what plan you are on, so that you can easily collaborate with your team and don't have to worry about rising subscription costs.

Inviting a External Collaborator

You can also invite in temporary collaborators, like freelancers, consultants, lawyers or other people you would like to collaborate with. We call these External Collaborators.

The primary difference between a Team Member and an External Collaborator is that an External Collaborator ONLY have access to projects you grant them access too explicitly.

Apart from that, here are things that an External CAN'T do:

– Create Projects

– See other Projects

– See Contract Archive

– Create and Edit Templates

– Access Settings

– Invite Others

– Adjust Permissions and Access Settings

You add External Collaborator by clicking "Invite External Collaborator" button in Settings -> Our Team

πŸ’‘ Emil invites not received? Well, sometimes our notification emails ends up in the spam folder. Please have your team member check there. If it's not there, double-check their email, and simply ask them to go to https://app.getconnie.com and log in.
