What is a SignPage

SignPages are one of Connie’s unique features. Specifically developed to collect a lot of signatures quickly and easily.

Updated today

Instead of issuing a document to one person at a time, a SignPage lets you share a single public URL or QR code where anyone you invite can view and sign your agreement.

A SignPage is a digital tool designed to streamline the process of collecting signatures for standard agreements. Instead of sending documents individually, a SignPage allows you to share a single link, QR code, or physical SignTag to gather signatures from multiple people efficiently.

When to use SignPages?

SignPages are ideal for collecting many signatures for common agreements. This could be:

  • Photo and video consents

  • Model releases

  • Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)

  • Timesheets

  • Crew particulars

  • Other standard forms

Why Use a SignPage?

Efficiency

SignPages eliminate the need for manual, one-by-one document distribution. You can collect multiple signatures quickly and easily, saving time and reducing administrative work. Create the document once as a SignPage and collect hundreds of signatures.

Flexibility

Share your SignPage in multiple ways:

  • Via a direct URL

  • Through email or text message

  • Using a QR code (digital or printed)

  • With a physical SignTag (a pre-printed badge with a lanyard)

Convenience

Signers can review and sign agreements directly from their devices, making the process smooth and hassle-free. As soon as the document is signed, the signer and you as the issuer will receive a copy of the signed document or contract.

How SignPages Work

  1. Create a SignPage by using a template or starting from scratch.

  2. Publish the SignPage to generate a unique public link and QR code.

  3. Share the SignPage via your preferred method (URL, QR code, or SignTag).

  4. Collect signatures as signers review and sign the agreement directly from their device.

How to collect signatures with a SignPage

You can share your SignPage in several ways to collect signatures. These are the options:

  • Share the URL.

Physical SignTags

For added convenience, you can connect a physical SignTag to your SignPage. SignTags are pre-printed badges with lanyards that can be:

  • Worn around the neck

  • Attached to gear

  • Placed at event tables or entrances

This feature is particularly useful for on-the-go signature collection in settings like photography, filming, fieldwork, and events.
