Deactivate a SignPage
1. Click SignPages in the left-hand menu.
Here you'll find an overview of all your SignPages.
2. Find the SignPage you want to deactivate.
SignPages are sorted by Project.
3. Toggle the switch next to the SignPage to deactivate it.
Confirm the deactivation. The SignPage will appear greyed out and marked as deactivated. Anyone visiting the link will no longer be able to sign the document.
Reactivate a SignPage
If you want to start collecting signatures again, you can reactivate the SignPage at any time.
Click SignPages in the left-hand menu.
Find the deactivated SignPage.
Toggle the switch to reactivate it.
The SignPage is immediately live again and the original URL and QR code will work as before.
Tips & Tricks
Deactivating a SignPage does not delete it or any of the signatures already collected. All existing signed documents remain in your Project.
If you no longer need the SignPage at all, consider deleting it instead. To delete it click on the three dots (⋯) and click on delete.
